Babar Azam is leading the team, and the series hasn’t started on the right note for the visitors. Windies clinched a last-wicket thriller in the first match.

The second Test match started on August 20. Windies won the toss and elected to bowl first. A Kemar Roach inspired bowling attack ran through the Pakistan top order. In a span of 4 overs, Pakistan was reduced to 2/3. Roach and Jayden Seales accounted for all 3 batters, Abid Ali, Imran Butt, and Azhar Ali.

The Flashback of 2011 for Pakistan Cricket Team:

Pakistan team had toured West Indies in 2011 under the captaincy of Misbah Ul Haq. In the first Test match played at Providence. Darren Sammy had won the toss and chose to bat first. Windies managed to put on 226 on the board. The first innings of Pakistan weren’t much to talk about as they folded for 160 runs.

But, the major embarrassment came during the second innings. Pakistan was chasing a target of 218 runs to win the first Test. It wasn’t to be. The bowling pair of Ravi Rampaul and Kemar Roach feasted over the Pakistan top order, reducing them to 2/3. The batsmen Mohammad Hafeez, Taufeeq Umar, and Azhar Ali were back in the pavilion without troubling the scores. Pakistan went on to lose the Test match by 40 runs
