Rajasthan Royals are locking horns with Chennai Super Kings in the 37th match of the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League. The game is currently being staged at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.

Rajasthan Royals’ captain Sanju Samson won the toss and chose to bat first. The Royals who defeated CSK in the first leg this season got off to an electrifying start in the form of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Jos Buttler.

The left and right hand combination worked wonders for the Royals as they kept tormenting the CSK bowlers by playing a fearless brand of cricket. The duo added a quickfire 86-run opening partnership before Ravindra Jadeja provided a much-needed breakthrough by dismissing the dangerous Jos Buttler for 27 runs.

However, Yashasvi Jaiswal continued all the carnage and inflicted quite a lot of damage on CSK’s bowlers by smashing sixes and fours at will with a scintillating batting strike rate.

During Rajasthan Royals’ innings, Yashasvi Jaiswal set the rock-solid foundation with his aggressive approach to the game. In the process, he scored a quickfire half-century against Chennai Super Kings.

The fact that he achieved the feat in just 26 deliveries goes to show that he has absolutely dominated CSK bowlers during the passage of the play. CSK bowlers literally found it tough to stop the batsman.
