Indian national cricket team recently came under fire for their inability to produce a masterclass in clutch moments of the ICC events because the last time when India won the ICC title was back in 2013.
It was when MS Dhoni was leading the team from the front. Under his captaincy, the Men in Blue made it all the way to the finals and got the better of the England cricket team to win the Champions Trophy.
Since then, it has been over nine years or almost a decade since India won the ICC title. In fact, the last time when India came close to winning the ICC trophy was back in the 2014 edition when they made it to the finals.
India locked horns with Sri Lanka in the finals but the Men in Blue surrendered at the hands of the Sri Lankan cricket team in the high-voltage encounter. Recently, Rohit Sharma and Co were beaten by England in the semi-final in Adelaide.
Dinesh Karthik said that Siraj is a strong contender for the fast bowling attack in ODI World Cup
However, India have a great chance to win the upcoming ODI World Cup which is slated to be held in India in 2023. Since the tournament is going to be played in India, the players are familiar with the home conditions.
Meanwhile, India’s senior wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik reserved the highest respect for Mohammed Siraj while speaking to Cricbuzz. Dinesh Karthik added that Siraj is a strong contender for the fast bowling attack in the ODI World Cup.
Mohammed Siraj has by far played 14 games for India in One-Day Internationals wherein he has taken as many as 21 wickets to his name. Notably, he has maintained an impressive economy of 4.62. He registered his individual best bowling figures of 3/29. Currently, he is not part of the ongoing ODI series against Bangladesh.

I think he is front runner. Siraj, Bumrah, Arshdeep, Hardik as 4th one and I would even keep Shardul Thakur as 4th option as he can bat as well. But if we are going with two spinners than Ravindra Jadeja and Yuzi Chahal or Sundar and Chahal. Any of these two pair.
