Pakistan Cricket Team’s dressing room saw the bundle of emotions coming out from the players during the fag end of the game against India in Dubai. The ‘Men in Green’ were seen roaring and were delighted with the win.
Pakistan clinches nail bitter by 5 wickets to register a win in Super 4
India and Pakistan clashed with each other in the Super 4 encounter of the Asia Cup in 2022. The game made almost everyone stand up on their feet and bite their nails. But in the end, it was the Babar Azam-led side who held their nerves better and claimed the 5-wicket win.
Both teams displayed a sensational brand of cricket and gave their everything to put pressure on the opposition. After India was asked to bat first, they on account of Virat Kohli’s half-century and dominating opening partnership by skipper Rohit Sharma (28) and KL Rahul (28) posted a total of 181 runs on the board.

During the chase, Pakistan lost skipper Babar Azam (14) and Fakhar Zaman (15) early, but Mohammad Rizwan (71) and Mohammad Nawaz (42) played a blinder to put Pakistan back into the game. However, after their wickets, India was once again on the top and the game went down to the final over with Pakistan needling 7 runs in the final over.
Asif Ali smashed Arshdeep Singh for a boundary and it almost seemed that game was done and dusted. But there again came a twist as he was trapped in lbw on the ball. In the end, Iftikhar Ahmed took Pakistan over the line to give a heartbreak to Indian fans.

As Pakistan clinched, the match in the last over, their players in the dressing room went through ample of emotions with each ball passing by. As they won the game, leg spinner Shadab Khan and young pacer Naseem Shah were seen roaring and jumping in delight.
