New Zealand national cricket team have a tightly-packed schedule up ahead as they will host Team India for a limited overs series. India’s tour of New Zealand consists of three T20Is and as many ODIs.

The tour will go all guns blazing with the T20I series, with the first game slated to be held on November 18, Friday. It will be quite interesting to see which team will take the first lead in the three-match T20I series.

New Zealand and India recently took part in the ICC Men’s Twenty20 World Cup tournament in Australia. However, both the teams failed to deliver the goods in their respective semi-final fixtures.

New Zealand lost to Pakistan in the first semi-final whereas Team India lost to England in the second semi-final. Interestingly, New Zealand and India topped the Group 1 and Group 2 points table of Super 12.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) appointed Hardik Pandya as the stand-in captain for the T20I series against New Zealand. Meanwhile, a video clip featuring New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson and India’s stand-in captain Hardik Pandya has been doing the rounds on the internet.

The video clip starts with both the captains posing for a picture ahead of the Sterling Reserve Cup. All of a sudden, there was a rush of wind towards them as the trophy almost lost its balance, waiting to fall on the floor.

Meanwhile, Kane Williamson was pretty quick to grab the trophy in his left hand. The video clip of the same has spread like wildfire across social media channels.
