The flamboyant batter aggregated as many as 1164 runs in 31 matches in 2022. Suryakumar Yadav has a sensational batting strike rate of 187.43. Notably, he was the only batter to score more than 1000 runs in 2022.

The 32-year-old cricketer also became the first Indian batsman to go past the 1000-run mark in a calendar year. It is worth mentioning here that he has scored two centuries and nine fifties to his name.

The star batter was in surreal form in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 tournament. He aggregated 239 runs at an average of 59.75 and a strike rate of 189.68. Overall, he has slammed as many as three fifties to his name. Overall, he has struck as many as 92 sixes to his name.
