Shubman Gill is currently the leading run-scorer for Gujarat Titans in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League. The right-handed batsman seems to be making good noises with the bat this season.
He has timed the balls ever so well and looked calm and composed in crucial junctures. Overall, he is the third leading run-scorer this season with 469 runs in eleven games at an average of 46.90.
He recently starred in the team’s batting attack against Lucknow Super Giants at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Gill scored an unbeaten 94 off 51 balls including two fours and seven sixes.
His spectacular knock powered Gujarat Titans to 227/2 in 20 overs. In reply, Lucknow Super Giants scored 171/7 in 20 overs and ended up losing the game by a big margin of 56 runs. Shubman Gill was named the Player of the Match for his imperious innings.

He is considered the next big thing in Indian cricket. Earlier, he was the youngest batsman to score a double century in One-Day Internationals. Besides that, he also became the youngest batsman to score a century across all three formats of the game.
