Indian Premier League (IPL) is the most-watched T20 franchise cricket tournament in the world. The IPL fever is on now and the carnival is just 24 hours away from going all guns blazing.
Mumbai Indians come first on the list in terms of the most titles won in the tournament as they have won five titles. On the other hand, Chennai Super Kings come next on the list with four IPL titles.
Kolkata Knight Riders have won two titles whereas the likes of Sunrisers Hyderabad, Rajasthan Royals, Deccan Chargers (now-defunct) and Gujarat Titans have won a title each in their journey.
Gujarat Titans were the champions of the IPL 2022 edition wherein they got the better of Rajasthan Royals to win their maiden IPL title in their debut season. It will be quite interesting to see which team displays the might, courage and determination to win the trophy this time around.

Meanwhile, three Indian cricketers namely, Rohit Sharma, Shreyas Iyer and Shubman Gill made the headlines after they appear in a new advertisement featuring CEAT tyres.
In order to promote this brand, three cricketers could be seen driving a car that has CEAT tyres and the intent of the advertisement is to make sure that the CEAT tyres are the best in the market, given their price point.
During the advertisement, Shreyas Iyer, who is driving the car, applies the brakes suddenly soon after seeing the protesters on the road. This goes to show that the CEAT tyres have better traction and the vehicle seems quite stable upon applying sharp brakes.
Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma will be back to lead Mumbai Indians for the upcoming season of the IPL. Shubman Gill will play for Gujarat Titans whereas Shreyas Iyer’s return date hasn’t been confirmed yet. As of now, the KKR team management named Nitish Rana as the captain for IPL 2023.
