I didn’t get the freedom of Virender Sehwag: Murali Vijay
Meanwhile, in an interview with Sportstar, Murali Vijay said he didn’t really get the freedom of Virender Sehwag in his international cricketing journey. He further added that whatever Virender Sehwag got in his career, he didn’t get in the first place.
Furthermore, he said if he could have gotten that kind of backing from the team management, he said he could have also tried. On the other hand, Virender Sehwag has been one of the integral parts of Indian cricket history.
The Nawab of Najafgarh scored 8586 runs in 104 Tests at an average of 49.3. Notably, he has slammed 23 centuries and 32 fifties to his lofty standards of punching and counter-punching techniques.
