Riyan Parag is one of the talented youngsters in the present times. He plies his trade for Rajasthan Royals franchise in the cash-rich Indian Premier League. The youngster was part of the team that made it to the finals of the IPL 2022 season.
Unfortunately, he ended up on the losing side as Gujarat Titans got the better of Rajasthan Royals in the epic final showdown in the United Arab Emirates. Riyan Parag hardly made his presence count as an all-rounder in the last season.
However, the youngster did sort out the woes and is playing cricket on a different level altogether. He has been making waves in the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy 2022 for Assam cricket team.
Riyan Parag accomplishes pretty good records while batting in middle order
Meanwhile, the 21-year-old has been totally enjoying his time playing in the middle-order for Assam cricket team. He has been technically sound in the middle by earning the tag of a utility player for the team.

Riyan Parag is aware of the fact that he hasn’t really turned up the heat in the IPL. However, taking his recent form into consideration, we can sense that he could be a utility player for the Rajasthan Royals franchise.
Overall, he has played as many as 47 games in the cash-rich Indian Premier League wherein he aggregated 522 runs to his name, including two half-centuries. On the other hand, he has taken four wickets to his name for the RR franchise.
It will be quite interesting to see how Riyan Parag approaches the upcoming edition of the IPL. Rajasthan Royals were the inaugural champions of the IPL by beating Chennai Super Kings in the final.
