
Mumbai Indians benefitted from the services of young all-rounder Cameron Green in the ongoing edition of the cash-rich Indian Premier League. Cameron Green who is considered the next big thing in Australian cricket has been effective with the bat and ball this season.
He scored crucial runs for the team when it mattered the most but at the same time, he took some wickets as well. Having played 10 games for Mumbai Indians this season, he scored 272 runs at an average of 38.86.
Notably, he has slammed two half-centuries to his name this season, registering his best score of 67. Overall, he has smacked as many as 24 boundaries and 11 sixes in his IPL career.
In the IPL 2023 mini-auction held in Kochi in late December 23, 2022, Mumbai Indians acquired the services of the young Australian all-rounder for INR 17.50 crore, which is the most expensive signing in Mumbai Indians’ history.

The 24-year-old cricketer who has showcased his impressive ability to smack sixes and fours with ease has been pretty decent with the ball as well. He has accounted for five dismissals in the ongoing season of the IPL.
Meanwhile, the young all-rounder was caught up in a recent interview where he spoke about his maiden IPL journey with the Mumbai Indians franchise. Talking about the same, he said he is loving his time with the Mumbai Indians ever since he joined the franchise.
For sure, he is slowly going to become an integral part of the MI family and he will continue to serve the team with his excellent and high-quality services. He will be looking forward to doing well in the upcoming home fixture against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
