However, they might also not be expecting their players to put on the kind of performance they actually did on a very bouncy Perth pitch. Zimbabwe’s game in T20 cricket has improved in recent times, but to beat Pakistan on a bouncy track despite the fast bowlers that Pakistan has, it’s a significant result for the African nation.

With this victory, Zimbabwe has now given themselves a chance to qualify for the semi-final of the tournament, if they pull off a couple more results and a couple of results of the other teams go in their favor as well.
