It was my first love: Suresh Raina shared his experience of playing cricket ahead of commentary debut in IPL
Just before his debut as a commentator in the Indian Premier League, Suresh Raina addressed a press conference, where he said that his first love was playing the sport, but having learned so much, he now knows where to talk about what things. Here’s what he said:
“I will enjoy it. I have played for so long, so I know what to talk and where. I feel it will be really exciting. It’s a new role so I will try to entertain the audience and enjoy the experience. Playing for country or any IPL team, it was my first love.”
Raina has still not retired from the IPL officially, so there is a chance that he could make a comeback in the 2023 edition of the Indian Premier League.
