England national cricket team have been one of the top forces when it comes to the truncated version of the game. The Three Lions have dominated the format ever so well, courtesy of having top players at their disposal.

England cricket team have won two ICC Twenty20 World Cup titles and decorated their trophy cabinet. The players have managed to perfect the art of making their presence count in clutch moments of the game.

This has helped the team to come out of the pressure situations, more often than not. England defeated Australia in the T20 World Cup 2010 final to win their maiden T20 World Cup. They went on to defeat Pakistan in the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 final to win their second T20 World Cup.

Meanwhile, in the latest development, England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) have launched their new T20I jersey. The newly-launched jersey looks super cool with bright red colour on the top half.

Besides that, it has some shades of blue in the bottom half in combination with crowns, three lions crest, which makes the overall jersey a good looking. The jersey should be lightweight and breathable one and it is made of synthetic fabrics in order to keep the players quite comfortable and dry during the game.

The IPL-bound England players are currently busy playing in the Indian Premier League. Post the IPL carnival, the England players will return to their home to play international assignments.

England will play one-off Test against Ireland before locking horns with the Australian cricket team in the iconic Ashes series at home (June 16 to July 31). After the five-match Ashes series, England will host New Zealand for four T20Is followed by four ODIs respectively. Post these assignments, England will host Ireland for the three-match ODI series.
