Punjab Kings bulldozed the Royal Challengers Bangalore in the 60th match of the 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League. The match will always be remembered for the aggressive batting performances from Kings’ English stars Liam Livingstone and Jonny Bairstow. Apart from that, fans will also remember it for a cat.

It might sound surprising but a cat managed to interrupt the proceedings in the match between the Royal Challengers Bangalore and the Punjab Kings. RCB skipper Faf du Plessis won the toss and opted to field first at the Brabourne Stadium. However, the pitch was excellent for batting, and the Punjab Kings posted a 209-run total in the first innings.

Chasing 210 runs in the second innings, the Royal Challengers Bangalore failed to build partnerships and suffered a disappointing defeat on the road to the IPL 2022 playoffs. The likes of Virat Kohli, Faf du Plessis, Rajat Patidar and Glenn Maxwell could not play big knocks as the Royal Challengers Bangalore lost the game.

Speaking of the innings of the Royal Challengers Bangalore team, there was a surprise visitor in the middle as a black cat stopped play when it came on the sight screen. During the first over of the second innings bowled by Harpreet Brar, Faf du Plessis was on strike and before he faced the ball, he noticed something on the sight screen.
