Team India’s premium fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah might be out of cricketing action for a long time but he ensured to make his presence count in the second T20I against Australia.
Earlier, the fast bowler was ruled out of the Asia Cup 2022 tournament due to injury. He was also out of the first T20I against Australia as he took a game’s break.
Meanwhile, the right-arm fast bowler made a comeback in the second T20I game against Australia, which is also a must-win fixture for India to stay alive in the series.
The second game is taking place at Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium, Nagpur. Talking about the fixture, Rohit Sharma won the toss and invited Aaron Finch and Co to bat first.

The second T20I was trimmed to 8 overs each side owing to the wet outfield. Batting first, Australia posted 90/5 in their quota of 8 overs. Matthew Wade was the pick of the batters for Australia.
The southpaw scored an unbeaten 43 off 20 balls with the help of 4 boundaries and 3 sixes at a strike rate of 215. Aaron Finch was the second-best batsman for Australia as he scored 31 off 15 balls with the help of 4 boundaries and a six.
He was batting so well but faced an unplayable delivery off Jasprit Bumrah. The right-arm fast bowler made a mess of Finch’s stumps during the last ball of the 5th over.
