Meanwhile, experienced leg-spinner, Piyush Chawla continued his good form with the ball as he took yet another wicket for Mumbai Indians. During the ongoing game against Lucknow Super Giants, Piyush Chawla got rid of LSG’s wicketkeeper-batsman, Quinton de Kock in the first ball of the sixth over.
It was also Chawla’s 20th wicket for Mumbai Indians in the sixteenth edition of the IPL. He bowled three overs wherein he gave away 26 runs and took one wicket to his name.
Earlier, the experienced campaigner was picked for a price of Rs 50 lakh at the IPL 2023 mini-auction held in Kochi in late December 23, 2022.
