During a show on ESPNCricinfo, the former Sri Lankan all-rounder added that Indian players like Sanju Samson totally looked uncomfortable playing against Wanindu Hasaranga.
He further echoed that even the Indian T20I skipper Hardik Pandya failed to pick the Sri Lankan spinner. Hardik Pandya literally didn’t feel that much confident while facing Hasaranga when it was on a good length according to the former Sri Lankan cricketer.
Meanwhile, Team India churned out a result against Sri Lanka in the first T20I at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Hardik Pandya and Co won the game by two runs and took a 1-0 lead in the series.
