India’s productive all-rounder Hardik Pandya played the best knock of his cricketing career for the national cricket team. He swung his blade with brute force whenever it mattered the most against Jos Buttler and Co.

Hardik Pandya who didn’t bat much in the ongoing edition of the T20 World Cup unleashed his batting prowess against England in the second semi-final at Adelaide Oval in Adelaide.

The all-rounder played a game-changing innings as he set up a rock-solid platform for India. At one stage, India never really looked like posing a challenging total as they consumed too many dot balls.

Hardik added a great deal of dimension to the team’s batting attack by smashing sixes and fours at will. He ended up scoring a blazing-fast half-century, in what was essential for India to get to a competitive total.

In the end, Hardik Pandya scored 63 off 33 balls with the help of 4 fours and 5 sixes before getting dismissed in the form of a hit wicket. He maintained a strike-rate of 190.91 and drew plaudits for his explosive batting. Team India posted 168/6 in their quota of 20 overs.
