Finn Allen might be the one player who might not get a chance to play in IPL 2023. With Royal Challengers Bangalore having quality overseas players in Faf du Plessis, Glenn Maxwell, Josh Hazlewood, Wanindu Hasaranga and now Reece Topley, it’s fair to say Allen might not get the chance. With the franchise having packed top orders, there’ll be no space for the Kiwi batter at the top and he might be the unluckiest player to miss out.
Another RCB player RCB players who might not get a chance to play in IPL 2023 is David Willey. The English all-rounder due to the power-packed all-round department of the franchise might not get a chance to feature in the playing 11. Also with only four overseas players being allowed, it’s fair to say that Willy might have to sit out for the whole season. Skipper Faf du Plessis, Glenn Maxwell, Wanindu Hasaranga and Josh Hazlewood are likely to be the four foreign players.
Anuj Rawat was termed as an exciting prospect but he didn’t do justice to the tag being given to him by the fans. He played a few games for the franchise last year but failed in giving chances. He was dropped from the later half of the tournament and with quality young Indian players in the mix, Rawat might have to warm the bench for the full season.
