Especially in the longer format, India has been unable to find a good left-arm pacer. Jaydev Unadkat was used in recent times but his comeback was not memorable. However, this is an area that India must work on at the earliest. In this era of matchups, having a left-arm pacer is really important. On that note, here, we take a look at the list of three left-arm pacers whom India must use in Tests soon.

1) Arshdeep Singh

Many considered Arshdeep Singh to be a specialist in the white-ball formats. However, in his recent County stint, Arshdeep showed everyone that he is capable of doing the job in Tests, as well.

Considering his age and the skillsets he has, Arshdeep must be drafted into the Test squad early. This way, he would get to adapt to the requirements and improve his skills further.

2) Aniket Choudhary

Aniket Choudhary is one of the three left-arm pacers whom India must use in Tests soon. Yes, he is 33-years-old but there are players who peak late in their careers. Suryakumar Yadav is a recent example.

Pace, height and bounce. These three factors are needed and important for a pacer to have an impact in Tests. Aniket, going by his recent performances, seems to have that. Hence, he is on this list.

3) Mohsin Khan

Mohsin Khan is someone who is yet to have that defining season in domestic cricket. However, in the IPL, he has shown enough of what he is capable of. There are certain attributes that could work in the longest format of the game.

Mohsin must get rid of his injury problems in the first place. Like Arshdeep, he also has the age to develop his skills. Mohsin also is decent with the bat for a No.8 role. This could also help India in the future.
