Mumbai Indians bid for a few former RCB players at the recent auctions. They signed a few, as well. Here, we take a look at the list of three former RCB players who will play for Mumbai Indians in IPL 2025.
1) Will Jacks
Will Jacks was a top acquisition by the franchise for IPL 2025. Many felt RCB would use the RTM Card for the English all-rounder.
However, RCB did not need him and did not have the necessary budget. MI signed the cricketer and will have a good opener in the squad.
2) Karn Sharma
Karn Sharma is one of the former RCB players who will play for Mumbai Indians in IPL 2025. The right-arm leg-spinner has played for Mumbai Indians before and has even won a trophy.
Now, he will be the lead leg-spinner for the side. He is known to get wickets and MI will want him to do well at the Wankhede Stadium.
3) Reece Topley
The English cricketer will be the backup for Trent Boult at Mumbai Indians. He might spend a lot of time on the bench.
Nevertheless, he shall be a superb choice as a backup. He brings in that element of danger with the new ball in the powerplay.
