Hardik Pandya, an outstanding all-rounder from India, made his way back into the Indian cricket squad after a successful run in the Indian Premier League 2022. Since then, he has been on a roll. The all-rounder for Baroda has been performing at a very high level in both batting and bowling.

On Sunday, he once again came through for his team against Pakistan by taking three wickets for 25 runs, and then he backed it up by scoring the winning 33 runs for his team in only 17 balls. The right-handed batsman put the cherry on top of the victory for India by blasting a six at long-on, which contributed to the team’s victory by five wickets in the tense final over.

After maintaining his composure during the last over, Player of the Match Hardik Pandya mirrored the comments expressed by MS Dhoni. According to him, even scoring 15 runs during the 20th over would not have made a significant impact since the bowler was already feeling the heat.

Pandya made these remarks while participating in the post-match show:

“When you’re on the hunt for anything like this, you should always prepare ahead. I was aware from the beginning that there is one young bowler, as well as one left-arm spinner. Even if we required 15 runs off the last over, I would have fancied my chances. In the final over, I am aware that the bowler is under a greater amount of strain than I am. I work hard to preserve things in their simplest form.”

The captain of the Gujarat Titans also discussed his ability to bowl bouncers with accuracy and generate breakthroughs for India. This is a delivery that he has used to India’s benefit in the most recent T20 internationals.
