At the Asia Cup 2022, which is now being held in the United Arab Emirates, Virat Kohli is gradually regaining his rhythm. In India’s first game of the tournament, he played a significant role in a close chase against Pakistan. He then hit his first international fifty since February of this year to set the stage for what turned out to be the winning score against Hong Kong.

Virat Kohli was seen working out with his teammates in Dubai as he was wearing a high-altitude mask while he was doing so. This was in preparation for India’s high-stakes Super 4 match versus Pakistan, which will take place at the Asia Cup 2022. Virat was caught on camera when he was running on the ground while wearing a mask designed for high altitudes.

This year, a great deal of attention has been focused on the manner in which Virat Kohli bats. Since his last century on the international stage, he has scored 25 half-centuries in all formats of the game.

For Kohli, the year 2022 in particular has been particularly challenging. Kohli has only participated in six Twenty20 Internationals for his team so far in 2022, during which he has scored 175 runs at an average of 35.00. This year, his highest score in the format is 59.

This year, he has played for India in 18 matches across all forms; yet, he has only been able to score 570 runs over the course of 21 innings, which results in an average of 28.50. There have only been five half-centuries scored off of his bat, with 79 being his best score.

After returning from his tour of England, Virat Kohli decided to take some time off, and he subsequently admitted that he did not pick up a bat during that period. In spite of this, he has returned and asserts that he is feeling cognitively refreshed.
