Although Ravindra Jadeja has been performing brilliantly with the ball in IPL 2023 and has made many match winning contributions for CSK, it seems that he is not entirely happy with some of the CSK fans.

While Jadeja’s performances with the ball in the ongoing IPL have been up to the mark, he has struggled at times with the bat and he has had to take a lot of stick from the fans because of that.

The reason Ravindra Jadeja has taken more criticism than usual in this IPL is because he has batted ahead of Dhoni in most of the games and people have been cheering for his wicket at times because they wanted to see Dhoni bat.

All these things have not really impressed Jadeja. He was seen having a bit of an argument with Dhoni as well after CSK’s previous match against Delhi Capitals last weekend in Delhi.

And yesterday again, after bowling a match winning spell against Gujarat Titans to propel CSK into the IPL final, Jadeja posted a picture of himself collecting an award and took a dig at some of the CSK fans with his caption.

Ravindra Jadeja got the most valuable asset of the match award

Jadeja got the most valuable asset of the match award as he scored a crucial 16-ball 22 to power CSK past 170 on a slow pitch in qualifier 1 and then he got two big wickets of Dasun Shanaka and David Miller, giving away just 18 runs in his 4 overs to break the back of GT’s batting.

Jadeja wrote in his tweet after the fame that even the award adjudicators know the importance of him as a player, but some fans don’t know. The reaction of the fans on the tweet was mixed, as some fans were not happy with the dig Jadeja took at them, while some thought it was fair enough on Jadeja to deliver a message after delivering a match winning performance.
