2) Harshit Rana
Harshit Rana is one of the fast-bowling all-rounders India needs to groom after the 2023 ODI World Cup. It was not until his recent century in a first-class game that people started taking note of his batting skills.
With the ball, he needs to develop further but the Delhi youngster is on track. If he can work on his batting, as well, the player can get closer to the Indian Team.
3) Shivam Mavi
Mavi did not play a single game in IPL 2023 and hence, he lost his spot in the Indian Team. Nevertheless, he is young and he can be backed to be a good bowling all-rounder for the country.
His USP is bowling in the power play. When he played for India, as well, he showed that he could bat decently. He just needs to focus more and a fine all-rounder could be for the taking. Therefore, he is also on this list.
