3 uncapped all-rounders whom India must try at the earliest

All-rounders are the need of the hour for Team India. The management is repeatedly going in with five bowlers and this tactic has backfired many times. Especially in T20s, one bowler having a bad day happens in almost every match. Hence, it is important to have a backup option and also, ensure that there is variety in the bowling attack. Here, we take a look at the list of three uncapped all-rounders whom India must try at the earliest.

1) Riyan Parag

Despite doing well in the domestic tournaments, Riyan Parag failed to get a chance in the Indian Team. It was also understandable because Riyan is yet to have one good campaign in the IPL.

On the other hand, Riyan is someone with potential and he needs grooming. He is a quality middle-order batter and he has skills as an off-spinner, as well. Plus, he is a good fielder and all these factors will help India in the future.

2) Abhishek Sharma

Abhishek Sharma had a brilliant Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2023. He did well with the bat and had to bowl not very often. Nevertheless, he does have decent bowling skills.

Abhishek is a top order and if such a player can give even two overs in a T20 game, it makes for a good advantage. Therefore, he should be given a run in the blue jersey as soon as possible.

3) Nehal Wadhera

Nehal Wadhera is one of the uncapped all-rounders whom India must try at the earliest. Compared to the other two, he is yet to have that defining season at the domestic level.

That said, Nehal’s attributes are special and needs to be developed carefully. He is a power-hitter in the lower middle-order and a decent leg-spinner. A leg-spinning all-rounder is hardly found in Indian cricket and hence, Nehal must be tried soon.
