Dinesh Karthik hogs limelight for his helmet

Meanwhile, experienced wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik didn’t have a good day at the office. The veteran cricketer could score only six runs off 5 balls before getting trapped for a leg-before wicket off Nathan Ellis.

Dinesh Karthik was dismissed on the very first ball of the 19th over. Despite getting dismissed for a cheap score, he hogged the limelight for some other reason. Guess what? His super cool Indian helmet was the most-talked-about subject on social media.

We have seen some cricketers donning different types of helmets. The likes of Kevin Pietersen, Kumar Sangakkara’s helmets were totally different from the ordinary ones. Those helmets still remain in the memories of the cricket fans across the world.

Meanwhile, Dinesh Karthik donned a blue-coloured helmet, which looked super cool. Fans couldn’t stop commenting to the picture. Talking about the game, Team India posted  a massive total of 208 for the loss of two wickets in their quota of 20 overs.
