The next Royal Challengers Bangalore game will be held at Chinnaswamy Stadium on Sunday, April 23, against the Sunrisers Hyderabad. The team’s premier fast bowler, Josh Hazlewood, will be playing in their first game according to recent confirmation. Adam Griffith, the RCB bowling coach, provided the most recent information.

Hazlewood, an Australian cricketer, will participate in the Indian Premier League in order to prepare for the Ashes series after missing out on the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in India. Griffith has said that Josh’s return to selection is still a ways off as he nurses an Achilles tendinitis issue.

Josh Hazlewood will be available for RCB in the next game against SRH

Josh Hazlewood, a seamer with the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), has begun training in preparation for his debut in the Indian Premier League in 2023. The same was shown on the official Twitter account for the franchise.

The 32-year-old was retained by RCB in advance of the 2023 edition after he took 20 wickets in 12 games in the previous year. Unfortunately, the right-arm seamer has been out since January with an Achilles injury and has yet to return to action.

He travelled to India with the team for the four-match Test series but did not see any action. RCB’s death bowling has been weak all season, so Hazlewood’s return would be huge. They lost to the Lucknow Super Giants, the Chennai Super Kings, and the Kolkata Knight Riders, all three times because of their awful death bowling.

Australia’s head selector George Bailey mentioned Josh Hazlewood when he announced the team’s roster for the WTC final and the Ashes. They are expecting that Hazlewood’s exertion in the Indian Premier League would help him recuperate in time for the demanding English summer, as the former Australian international put it.
