Lucknow would be one of the favourites in IPL 2023
LSG had a good squad after IPL 2022 Auctions. In line with this, the team delivered in IPL 2023. However, they lost in the knockout game to RCB. Nevertheless, the franchise would look to do better next season.
LSG had its middle-order issues last year. They lacked a left-hander who could take on the spinners. However, they have now invested in Nicholas Pooran, who would be a good fit for the franchise. Mark Wood is also likely to play this year, which would make it a terrific pace attack, which also comprises Mohsin Khan and Avesh Khan. Jaydev Unadkat is also an option that the franchise can use in IPL 2023.
