Apart from his bowling prowess, he is starting to prove that he is worth his weight in gold. Axar Patel provided the much-needed spark for Delhi Capitals against Gujarat Titans at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.

Axar Patel scored a valuable 36 off 22 balls where he struck two fours and three sixes to his name at a strike rate of 163.64. His vital knock helped Delhi Capitals post a respectable total of 162/8 in their quota of 20 overs.

Apart from that, he scored in T20s in 2023 and has been pretty decent with the bat. Let’s not forget he chipped in with a vital 65 off 31 against Sri Lanka in the second T20I and contributed to India’s success.

Overall, he has scored one fifty in T20Is and his best version is yet to come. As far as his numbers in IPL are concerned, he scored 1151 runs at a strike rate of around 130.
