It’s fair to say that Australia will be one of the hot candidates to win the ICC World Cup 2023 as it seems that they have turned back the time and are in the rampaging form just like the early 2000s. They can be dangerous for all the teams but their main goal will be to lift the 6th title.

Pat Cummins will be there as a leader and will be the leader of the pace attack. Steve Smith as vice-captain will be there and in the batting department, it is expected that David Warner Travis Head and Mitchell Marsh will be there in the top order.

Alongside Mitchell Marsh, Marcus Stoinis, Cameron Green and Glenn Maxwell will be there as other all-rounders whereas Alex Carey and Josh Inglis are likely to be the two keepers in the team apart from Marnus Labuschagne. Ashton Agar is also expected to be part of the team and play the role of a spinner along with Adam Zampa.
