As per reports, IPL 2023 Auctions are set to happen in December. November 15th is said to be the last date for franchises to submit their list of retained and released cricketers. The trade window is open and hence, naturally, there have been many rumours about the same. On that note, here, we take a look as Twitter users hilariously react to IPL 2023 trading rumours about Ravindra Jadeja and other players.

IPL 2023 trading rumours hit social media

A few weeks ago, there were rumours about Ravindra Jadeja‘s exit from Chennai Super Kings. However, a popular publication shut down the rumours by saying that CSK has decided to stick with Jadeja. That said, these reports are back again and there are multiple teams that are also involved. As per some of these rumours, CSK could swap Ravindra Jadeja with Faf du Plessis from Royal Challengers Bangalore. There was also one more report claiming Delhi Capitals are willing to give Shardul Thakur and Axar Patel to CSK in exchange for Ravindra Jadeja.

Usually, IPL trade windows are not active. These deals involve a lot of complication and big players are involved in these deals only in rare cases. Moreover, since only ten teams are involved in the league, giving a player to a direct rival is a strategy that is not liked by most franchises. Therefore, till now, we have not seen any concrete report about trades before the next auctions.

Twitter reacts to the floating rumours

Meanwhile, social media was brimming with memes and reactions to rumours regarding the trade window. A few links were outrageous and hence, a few trolls and memes came out in the process. Fans will have to wait for concrete reports from popular portals or should patiently wait for official communication from concerned franchises. Here are some reactions about the matter:
