1) Yash Dayal
With Mohammed Siraj also there in the setup, RCB may not be able to afford to retain Yash Dayal. Unless there is a seperate slot for uncapped players, Yash Dayal is all set to enter the auctions.
The left-arm pacer from Uttar Pradesh will be Jasprit Bumrah’s ideal partner with the new ball. He has the skills to excel in various phases and that adds to his value. Hence, he could be a very good acquisition for the Mumbai Indians.
2) Will Jacks
Will Jacks is one of the RCB players Mumbai Indians can target in IPL 2025 Auctions. Will Jacks stunned everyone with his displays in IPL 2024. However, he might still be released because of his poor form in recent months.
Mumbai Indians need some freshness at the top of the order. The backed players have not done well and the Dewald Brevis experiment has failed. In this regard, it would be a good idea to sign Jacks, who could be a hit at the Wankhede.
3) Glenn Maxwell
Yes, his last IPL was bad but Maxi is still a top player. On his day, he is still capable of taking the game away from the opposition in a few overs.
Wankhede, just like Chinnaswamy, could be a good venue for him. At No.4, Maxi could help the likes of Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Varma play more freely. At the same time, Maxi offers some right-arm off-spin, which will balance the squad.
