M Siddharth is one of the LSG players whom CSK might target in IPL 2025 Auctions. He is from Tamil Nadu and has played a lot at Chepauk. With his control and accuracy, the youngster was very good in IPL 2024.
While Ravindra Jadeja will be the lead spinner, CSK must groom a backup and also a second option. This is where Siddharth can be a realistic target for the side. He could be a very intelligent investment for the side.
3) Naveen Ul Haq
It is more about what he brings to the table that the Afghan will be suitable for CSK. He has a lot of variations and especially with his slower-ball variations, he could be a very big hit at Chennai.
Matheesha Pathirana will be the lead overseas pacer. With his injury record, the team will need a second option and also depth. Naveen will be a fantastic signing in this regard. The Super Kings’ owners have already hired him for their other sides.
