Sunrisers Hyderabad made some good moves at the auctions. However, they had to miss out on certain names, a few of whom could have helped them now. Here, we take a look at the list of three in-form players whom SRH lost out on the final bid in IPL 2025 Mega Auctions.

1) Yuzvendra Chahal

Chahal had a rough start to IPL 2025. However, he has been doing well since then. For SRH, having a spinner like Chahal would have helped in the middle overs. With him, the team could have avoided the pressure on Pat Cummins to deliver in the middle overs. Nevertheless, SRH will expect Adam Zampa to do the job next season.

2) SRH lost out on Tim David on the final bid in IPL 2025 Mega Auctions

Kamindu Mendis, as the third overseas batter, has been poor for SRH. Yes, with the ball, he has been sufficient, but his major duty was with the bat. On the other hand, a player like Tim David coming below Heinrich Klaasen would have been brilliant for the franchise.

3) Mitchell Marsh

With Ishan Kishan so inconsistent, Mitchell Marsh would have been ideal for the side. Considering he has been doing well at LSG, the value would have been enormous for the side. Then, the overseas combination might have had a better balance.
