He is the man behind KKR‘s success in IPL 2024. A direct and fearless cricketer, some of his philosophies would help the Indian Team. He is also young and hence, he could be a long-term investment.

2) Adam Voges – 44 Years

Adam Voges is one of the candidates aged under 45 whom BCCI could consider for the role of India’s Head Coach. The former Australian cricketer is one of the highly under-rated coaches going around. He has won multiple trophies with Perth Scorchers in the Australian Big Bash League.

Interestingly, he does not have a lot of gigs outside Australia, as well. Nevertheless, Voges is a good tactician and will be a decent consideration for the job.

3) Shane Watson – 42 Years

Shane Watson was recently in the discussion for the role of Pakistan’s Head Coach. However, he declined the offer. That said, the India job is much bigger and if it comes his way, he could very well take it up.
