The most successful IPL skipper Rohit Sharma is the second Indian player who has scored a century for the Mumbai Indians in the IPL. The right-hander has been one of the best batters to have played in the league. He is amongst the leading run-getters in the tournament and has been one of the main reasons behind the franchise’s success in the league. He achieved the feat in the game against Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2012 at Eden Gardens. Coming to bat No.3, Rohit batted with a strike rate of over 181.66 and smashed 12 fours and 5 sixes in the game. His innings helped MI win the game by the margin of 21 runs.
