1) Anshul Kamboj
Anshul Kamboj only played a few games in IPL 2024. He was mighty impressive and since then, he has taken giant strides to make a name for himself. MI wanted him again but CSK had the purse advantage to get him to Chennai.
Looking at CSK‘s combination, Anshul is likely to get a few games. He is a tall pacer and has a great potential to do brilliant things in the future.
2) Shreyas Gopal
Shreyas Gopal is one of the former Mumbai Indians players who will play for CSK in IPL 2025. The Karnataka all-rounder has had two stints at Mumbai Indians.
CSK signed him towards the end of the auctions. They wanted a right-arm leg-spinner and hence, Shreyas got the chance. He will be the backup spinner for the side. Since he adds batting depth, he could be very useful to the side in certain situations.
