Former Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli played his career’s 100th Test against the Sri Lankan team earlier this month. The Indian team registered a comfortable innings victory and took a 1-0 lead in the WTC series against Sri Lanka. After the match, Kohli was spotted gifting a T-shirt to a disabled fan of the Indian team.

That fan named Dharamveer Pal shared the video of Virat Kohli gifting him the T-shirt on his official Twitter account. The tweet has gone viral on the microblogging platform as fans have loved the gesture from Kohli.

The video uploaded by Dharamveer Pal has crossed 95,000 views on Twitter. Over 7,000 fans have liked the tweet, while close to a thousand Twitter users have retweeted it.

Fans should note that Virat Kohli could not come closer to that fan because of the COVID-19 reasons. The Indian team is currently in a bio-bubble for the ongoing ICC World Test Championship series against the Sri Lankan team.

Speaking of the WTC series between the Indian team and the Sri Lankan team, the home side has taken a 1-0 lead with a thumping win in Mohali. The action will now shift to Bengaluru, where the two Asian countries will play a day/night Test match.

It will be the 101st Test match for Virat Kohli, whereas it will be the first day/night Test for Rohit Sharma as the captain of the Indian team. Looking at the performance of Team India in the 1st match, it goes without saying that the home team is the favorite to win the series by a scoreline of 2-0.
