Some big names who did not participate in IPL 2022 have reportedly signed up for the next event. Ben Stokes was one big name that was missing in IPL 2022. The English all-rounder was still in a break and he was making a comeback in the Ashes at the end of last year. So, he did not register for the auctions. Moreover, his intention was to focus on Test cricket and hence, he did not play in IPL. Since then, Stokes has become the captain of the England Test Team and has also improved the squad and its performances. In this context, there are reports that he will participate in IPL 2023.
