It was such a well-designed plan that it successfully deceived the punters in Russia into believing that it was the original IPL. The locals kept the names of the teams Chennai, Mumbai, and Gujarat. Chennai and Mumbai are the most successful and famous teams in the IPL and Gujarat was the winner of IPL 2022.

The matches were held on a local farm and a typical cricket pitch was curated as well. The cricketers were in proper jerseys as if official cricket matches were taking place and most importantly, while they broadcasted the matches on YouTube, they got the camera angle spot on too. So, it looked like a typical cricket broadcast.
