Indian star cricketer KL Rahul was last seen on the field during the IPL 2023 match between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Lucknow Super Giants captain KL Rahul picked up an unfortunate injury on the field at Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow.

As it turned out, his injury was really bad. As a result, he was taken off the field with the physio’s assistance. Later on, it was confirmed that he was ruled out of the remainder of the IPL 2023 due to an injury.

KL Rahul, in his elaborate social media post, confirmed that he will not feature for Team India in the World Test Championship Final against the Australian cricket team at The Kennington Oval in London on June 7.

Meanwhile, the star cricketer made the headlines after he chose his first captain. He played under MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma in international cricket.

During a recent interview, KL Rahul stated that MS Dhoni is his first captain and then reserved the highest respect for Captain Cool. He further added that he has been really fortunate to play under his captaincy.

Besides that, he further added that he did pick up important lessons from MS Dhoni on how to remain cool and calm in every situation on the field. He also said that he learnt how to build relationships with players and that players will fight for you!
