The former Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh has named his all-time T20 XI, and he has, surprisingly, left the Indian captain Virat Kohli out of his team. Virat is currently the highest run-scorer for India in T20 international cricket, and he was the man of the tournament in the last T20 World Cup played in India in 2016 as well.
However, the players that Harbhajan Singh has picked, all of are absolute stalwarts of the shortest format of the game and it can’t be said that any one of them could have been left out of the XI. Harbhajan has gone with Chris Gayle and Rohit Sharma as the two openers, both of whom are serious six hitters, and they will also complement each other well because of their different styles.
Batting at no. 3 in Harbhajan Singh’s team will be Jos Buttler who is currently one of the leading run-scorers in the ongoing T20 World Cup and is probably the most devastating batsman in the world right now. For no. 4 and no. 5, Harbhajan has picked two of the all-time greats of T20 cricket in Shane Watson and AB de Villiers.

The former Indian captain MS Dhoni will be the captain of Harbhajan’s all-time T20 XI and will keep the wickets as well, while Kieron Pollard and Dwayne Bravo will be the two allrounders at no. 7 and 8 respectively.
Harbhajan’s bowling attack comprises Sunil Narine, who can be considered the most effective spinner ever in the history of T20 cricket, and two of the best yorker bowlers of all time, Lasith Malinga and Jasprit Bumrah. Apart from these 3, Dwayne Bravo and Shane Watson will be the 4th and the 5th bowler of the XI, while Chris Gayle and Kieron Pollard can also roll their arm over if needed.
