KL Rahul gets dismissed for just 2 runs in the second innings against Bangladesh
Things have turned bad from worse for KL Rahul as he ended his Bangladesh tour in complete disarray. His form is behind one of the major concerns for India as he bagged yet another dismissal after getting out for just 2 runs in 7 balls in the second innings of the second Test against Bangladesh.
Chasing the target of 145 runs, India needed a good start but this wasn’t the case as Rahul yet again failed to give his team a start. He tried to play a forward defence on a tossed-up delivery that was outside off and spun away. In the end, he edged the delivery to the keeper and was back in the hut for 2 runs.
He looked scratchy at the crease in the first innings as he defended almost every ball and hardly tried to score. It’s fair to say that he yet again failed to thrive under pressure in the last 6 innings he has managed just 79 runs with his score reading 12, 10, 22, 23, 10, 2.
