1) Nicholas Pooran
Rishabh Pant is the captain of LSG, and it is best if he remains behind the stumps. Pooran has been on the outfield in the past.
Therefore, Pooran might not be a regular keeper for the side. It might also help him be prepared well for his batting duties.
2) Phil Salt might not wickets in IPL 2025
Phil Salt is one of the genuine wicket-keepers who might not keep wickets in IPL 2025. Jitesh Sharma is likely to keep the stumps for RCB.
Jitesh is more experienced in the IPL as a keeper. Also, RCB might not want to rely too much on Salt as a keeper so that they could drop him if he fails with the bat.
