In the past, we usually saw only Indian bowlers as net bowlers in the IPL. However, in the last few years, the trend has been changing. Some foreign players are also showing interest in being a part of a franchise as a net bowler. This would help them develop their skills and also be associated with a franchise. 1) Anirudh Immanuel (United States of America) – Chennai Super Kings
Anirudh Immanuel is one of the foreigners who are net bowlers in IPL 2024. Representing the Philadelphians, Anirudh is already making waves in the USA domestic circuit. He is an all-rounder but is known for his right-arm spin. This opportunity at CSK will help him.
2) Keshav Maharaj (South Africa) – Lucknow Super Giants
It was a surprise when it was announced that Keshav Maharaj will be a part of the LSG setup, although he is not a part of the squad. Maharaj is the skipper of DSG in the SA20 T20 League. At the moment, he is a net bowler. However, if there are any injury issues, he is likely to come in as a replacement.
3) Kugadas Mathulan (Sri Lanka) – Chennai Super Kings

Fionn Hand is also a part of this list of foreigners who are net bowlers in IPL 2024. He has already represented Ireland in Tests and T20Is. He is an experienced cricketer for Ireland and his time at Mumbai Indians will help him further hone his skills.
