1) Form of Jake Fraser-McGurk
Jake Fraser-McGurk‘s form is one of the weaknesses in the Delhi Capitals squad for IPL 2025. After IPL 2024, the Aussie’s form has been inconsistent. Teams seem to have found out his weak spots.
On the other hand, KL Rahul is new to the squad and he is also evolving his T20 game to suit modern standards. If JFM is not in form, Faf du Plessis might have to come in. Hence, there is that uncertainty.
2) Inexperienced middle-order is an issue in the Delhi Capitals squad for IPL 2025
Abishek Porel, Axar Patel, Harry Brook, Ashutosh Sharma and Tristan Stubbs will be the middle-order for DC in IPL 2025.
It is not a great middle order because the likes of Harry Brook are not completely reliable in IPL. Even Stubbs and Ashutosh have had only one good IPL season so far.
3) Bench strength is not great in the bowling department
