It is important to have a good core of uncapped players for every franchise. Yes, having capped Indian cricketers promises consistency and experience but every season, we see many uncapped players doing better than some of the capped cricketers. On that note, here, we take a look at the list of three teams with the best uncapped players for IPL 2024.

1) Gujarat Titans (Rahul Tewatia, Shahrukh Khan, Abhinav Manohar, Kartik Tyagi and Sushant Mishra)

Gujarat Titans have found a lot of success in the recent past mainly due to the cricketers who were not close to Team India. Barring Hardik Pandya, Mohammed Shami and Shubman Gill, they never had any players who were on the radar of Team India.

For IPL 2024, as well, they have a similar tactic. The finishing department comprises Indian uncapped cricketers. Kartik Tyagi and Sushant Mishra are brilliant uncapped pacers in the team.

2) Mumbai Indians (Vishnu Vinod, Akash Madhwal, Kumar Kartikeya, Shreyas Gopal and Nehal Wadhera)

Mumbai Indians are one of the teams with the best uncapped players for IPL 2024. The five-time champions have always been successful in scouting special talents.

Last season, they discovered Nehal Wadhera and Akash Madhwal. Both will play a vital role again while Vishnu Vinod and Shreyas Gopal offer experience. Kumar Kartikeya is set to be in the spin department for most of the matches.

3) Chennai Super Kings ( Rajvardhan Hangargekar, Nishant Sindhu, Simarjeet Singh, Sameer Rizvi, Mukesh Choudhary, Tushar Deshpande and Shaikh Rasheed)

In recent seasons, CSK has been signing young cricketers. One of their top investments recently was Sameer Rizvi. He is a player with a lot of talent.
