Rajasthan Royals will have to make some major changes in the setup. The next auctions will be important for them. Here, we take a look at the list of three out-of-form players from other teams whom the Rajasthan Royals can target for next season.
1) Mohammed Shami
Shami was poor at SRH and could be released. Rajasthan Royals needs a domestic leader in the pace attack. Therefore, Shami can be a choice for RR. With Jofra Archer at the other end, Shami will also not be under too much pressure.
2) R Ashwin is one of the players that Rajasthan can target for next season
Assuming Ashwin does not retire and CSK does not retain him, the veteran could get back to RR. The franchise lacks an experienced spinner and more so does not have options domestically. Ashwin would be an upgrade and can be someone whom the franchise can rely on for the next two seasons.
3) Sam Curran
Rajasthan struggled a lot to find their foreign partner in the powerplay for Jofra Archer. However, considering the balance that he adds, Sam could be a fine pick. He can bat anywhere in the batting order, and since Dravid likes such players, Sam could stand a chance.
